This statement addresses the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Adults-only depictions
Every AI companion is defined as a fictional adult. Age classifiers screen every prompt and every generated image and video; content indicative of a minor or an apparent minor is blocked and never produced or stored, regardless of subscription tier.
No real persons
The Service blocks attempts to depict real, identifiable people. Uploads intended to recreate a real person are rejected by a face and consent check. Because no content depicts real persons, § 2257 is generally inapplicable; this statement is provided for transparency.
Records custodian
To the extent any records are required, the designated custodian maintains them and can be reached through the in-app support channel. Requests are reviewed in line with applicable law.
