Terms of Service

Adults only (18+)

The Service is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We verify age at sign-up and may re-verify at any time. Providing false age information terminates your account.

Acceptable use

Every AI companion is a fictional adult. You may not create, request, or attempt to generate content that sexualizes minors or depicts anyone who appears to be a minor. You may not upload images of, or attempt to recreate, real identifiable people without their consent; the character-upload path is for your own original concept only.

These limits are absolute, enforced by automated input and output classifiers, and are not affected by your subscription tier. Violations result in immediate termination and, where the law requires it, a report to the relevant authorities.

Credits, subscriptions, and billing

The Service runs on credits, available through subscription tiers and one-time top-ups. Payments are processed by our third-party Merchant of Record, who appears on your statement under a discreet descriptor. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and retain access through the paid period.

Credits are a license to use the Service and have no cash value. Top-up credits do not expire while your account is active.

Your content

You retain rights to the companions and prompts you create. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service — to store, process, and generate media on your behalf. You are responsible for your inputs and for using generated media lawfully.

Termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
