This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have. We collect the minimum needed to run the Service and never sell your personal data.
What we collect
Account data (email, age-verification status), the companions and conversations you create, generated media, and billing metadata from our payment processor (we never see or store your full card details). We collect basic technical logs to keep the Service secure and reliable.
How we use it
To operate your companions and their memory, generate media, process payments and referral credits, enforce our safety and age policies, and comply with the law. Content is screened by automated moderation on the generation path.
Sharing
We share data only with the processors that run the Service (hosting, payments, generation infrastructure) under contract, and with authorities where legally compelled. We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising.
Your rights
You can export your data (profile, companions, conversations, media manifest, and ledger) and delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion soft-disables the account, then permanently purges your personal data, messages, memories, and stored media after a short grace period; anonymized financial records may be retained where the law requires.
Security and contact
We use encryption in transit, scoped access, and private, presigned storage for your media. No system is perfectly secure. For privacy requests, contact us through the in-app support channel.
