Billing questions
How do credits work?
Chat, images and video all spend credits. A subscription grants credits every month; you can also top up one-off. Top-up credits do not expire while your account is active. When you run out, generation stops and you are asked to top up. You are never silently charged for overage.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Cancel yourself from settings at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Refund eligibility, the billing-dispute route and the contact address are all written out on the Refunds and Cancellation page.
What will show up on my bank statement?
A discreet, non-identifying descriptor from our Merchant of Record. Nothing that names this site or hints at the category. We never receive or store your card number.
What happens to my conversations if I leave?
You can export everything (profile, companions, conversations, media list and credit ledger) or delete your account, both self-serve from settings. Deletion purges your personal data, messages, memories and stored media after a short grace period.
