Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may not do with the Service. It applies to every account on every tier, and it is enforced by automated input and output classifiers as well as by review. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
The two absolute limits
First: no content that sexualizes a minor, or that depicts anyone who appears to be a minor. You may not create such a companion, write such a prompt, or attempt to elicit such an output. Age classifiers screen every prompt and every generated image and video, on every tier, with no exceptions and no override.
Second: no content depicting a real, identifiable person. That includes public figures and people you know. The character-upload path exists for your own original character concept only, and uploads of real identifiable people are rejected by a face and consent check.
These two limits are not preferences, are not tier-dependent, and are not negotiable. Violations end the account immediately and, where the law requires it, are reported to the relevant authorities with the evidence preserved.
Also prohibited
Content depicting non-consensual sexual activity, sexual violence, bestiality, or incest. Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity, self-harm, or terrorism. Harassment, threats, or hate speech targeting a person or a protected group.
Redistributing generated media in a way that presents a fictional character as a real person, or that misleads anyone into believing the media is a photograph of a real human being.
Account and platform abuse
Sharing, selling, or renting your account. Multi-accounting to farm referral bonuses or free-tier credits. Referrals from a shared device fingerprint are revoked and unpaid. Automated scraping, credential stuffing, or attempts to bypass quota, credit, or moderation controls. Reselling access to the Service or reselling generated output as your own service.
Enforcement
Depending on severity we may block a single generation, suspend generation, suspend the account, or terminate it. Red-line violations skip straight to termination. Moderation decisions are recorded, and a terminated account forfeits unused credits, which carry no cash value.
Reporting a violation
Report anything you believe crosses these limits to the address on the Support & contact page. Reports involving a minor or a real, identifiable person are escalated immediately and ahead of the ordinary queue.
